About Rajendra Singh Chaggar

Rajendra Singh Chaggar is an accomplished Advocate with over 33 years of legal experience across the Delhi High Court, District Courts, DRT/DRAT, and PMLA courts. He specialises in civil, commercial, banking, arbitration, and criminal matters, representing corporates, financial institutions, and individuals in high-stakes disputes.

He has been serving as a Panel Lawyer for Punjab National Bank, handling major banking recovery cases, SARFAESI matters, Equitas Bank, loan defaults, NPAs, and enforcement actions. His practice combines strong courtroom advocacy with strategic legal advisory.

Mr. Chaggar also works as a Legal Retainer for various companies, advising on contracts, compliance, joint ventures, start-ups, and commercial decision-making.

He began his career under Hon’ble Mr. Justice Swatanter Kumar (1991–1994), gaining early exposure to complex civil, commercial, and criminal litigation—experience that continues to shape his approach to the law.
